According to the Hay House FAQ section, for all questions regarding the company apps please contact the Hay House Customer Care department by phone at (800) 654-5126 or by email at orders@hayhouse.com.
As to the membership cancellation, according to the 'How Do I Cancel A Subscription Through The iTunes Store?' article posted at hayhouse.zendesk.com, to cancel a subscription through the iTunes store, please follow these steps:
  • go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store;
  • tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID;
  • scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it;
  • tap the subscription that you want to manage;
  • tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription;
  • subscription should stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
